Our position

We build AI into every stage, from market research and business planning to system development and advertising and CRM operations, so that even a small team can try many moves in a short time.
But AI can only be as good as the judgment of the people using it. What to decide, what to build, whom to reach. We sit beside the person responsible for the business, look at revenue, member retention and acquisition cost together, decide the next move, and carry it through implementation and operation ourselves. We do not stop at a proposal. We stay with you from launch until the business is on track and growing.
Why we don't split the work
なぜ、分けないのかStrategy goes to a consulting firm, systems to a development company, marketing to an ad agency. Commission them separately and each deliverable will arrive. But the assumptions behind the business plan never reach the development requirements, and the features that get built are never reflected in the advertising. Every handoff from one company to the next dilutes the intent behind the business a little more.
When the same person handles all three, those handoffs disappear. If the goal is to raise member retention, how to build the features for it and which customers to reach with ads can be decided as a single judgment. This model works because we are small, and it is where our speed of decision-making comes from.

M. Nakayashiki
Born in 1998. Graduated from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Waseda University. While still a student, sold the business he was running to LeadEdge Co., Ltd. and joined its board as a director, where he led the launch of several businesses including web3 and e-commerce ventures.
After stepping down, founded N Production LLC in October 2024.
Personally leads every project, from the first conversation through implementation and operation.

Sales and delivery are never handed between different people. What we decide in meetings is reflected directly in the requirements and the ad settings.
Implementation and operations are handled by a team of engineers, designers and ad operators. We put together the right team for each project, and we can also work as part of your in-house team. Because we are a small company, the number of projects we can take on at once is limited.
